If you experience an issue with a product, please contact our team before sending anything back. We will review the circumstances of your request and provide the appropriate instructions.

Because certain products are regulated items, firearm returns, replacements, repairs, and transfers may be subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulatory requirements.

BEFORE RETURNING A PRODUCT

Contact Us First

Please do not ship a firearm, serialized component, or other regulated product to Kalashnikov USA without receiving return instructions from our team.

Before a return is authorized, we may request information necessary to identify the product and understand the reason for the return.

This may include:

  • Product or model information

  • Serial number, where applicable

  • Proof of purchase

  • Description of the issue

  • Photographs or other supporting information

  • Dealer or FFL information, where applicable

Return instructions will depend on the product and circumstances involved.

FIREARM RETURNS

Special Handling Requirements

Firearms are regulated products and cannot always be handled in the same manner as ordinary consumer merchandise.

If a firearm requires inspection, repair, replacement, or other service, Kalashnikov USA will provide instructions regarding the appropriate return process.

Federal regulations provide specific provisions governing the return of firearms to the person from whom they were received in certain circumstances, including repairs and replacement firearms. Additional federal, state, and local requirements may apply.

Customers should follow all instructions provided by Kalashnikov USA and any applicable Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) involved in the transaction.

REPAIRS & DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Product Evaluation

If a product appears to have a manufacturing defect or develops a problem during normal use, contact us so that the matter can be evaluated.

Depending on the circumstances, Kalashnikov USA may determine that the appropriate resolution is:

  • Inspection

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Another appropriate remedy

The available remedy will depend on the nature of the issue, the product involved, applicable warranty terms, and applicable law.

Do not attempt unauthorized modifications or repairs before contacting us, as modifications may affect eligibility for service or warranty consideration.

NON-FIREARM PRODUCTS & PARTS

Parts and Other Merchandise

Returns of non-firearm products and parts may be considered when the item is eligible under the applicable return requirements.

Items must generally be returned in the condition specified by our return instructions and may be subject to inspection before a refund, replacement, or other resolution is approved.

Certain products may be excluded from return because of their nature, condition, regulatory requirements, or other applicable restrictions.

REFUNDS

DEALER PURCHASES

Purchases Through Authorized Dealers

If you purchased a Kalashnikov USA product through an independent firearms dealer, retailer, or other authorized seller, your purchase may be subject to that seller’s return and refund terms.

In such cases, please contact the dealer where the purchase was made for information regarding the transaction.

Kalashnikov USA may assist with applicable manufacturer service or warranty matters where appropriate, but the terms of the original sale remain subject to the seller’s policies and applicable law.

CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS

Inspection & Evaluation

Products returned for inspection or service may be evaluated to determine the nature and cause of the reported issue.

A product may not qualify for a refund, replacement, or warranty service where the issue resulted from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, improper maintenance, accident, damage, or use contrary to applicable instructions.

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS
